The role is full time but flexible, so would suit a single candidate or two candidates working part time hours.

The Role
You will be responsible for offering a unique experience and expertise to our clients, delivering superior hair service and quality
- Ability to build and retain a request clientele
- Consistently demonstrate the highest standard of hairdressing services
- Ability to achieve/exceed all targets as set out by management
- Portray excellent communication skills
- Promote an excellent team and working environment to encourage high morale within the salon and be an excellent example to junior members of the team
- Consistently demonstrate the highest level of client care
- Knowledge and promotion of home hair care
- Ensure correct use of company property and products
- Full responsibility for all technical services carried out on your clients
- Management of stock to ensure correct usage and minimise wastage
- Stock ordering & stock control
- Promote colour offers & incentives in salon
- Lead all new colour education/techniques
- Supervision of junior staff members on the colour floor
- In salon education relating to all aspects of colour
Requirements:
- A training qualification – Qualified in all aspects of colour
- Experience working on the salon floor as a qualified Colourist
- Must have experience in the use of L’Oreal professional products
- Must have L’Oreal Colour Specialist Degree
