How to use Steampod 3.0 in 6 simple steps
Follow steps 1-5 for all styles, then pick your desired finished look from the options in step 6.
Step 1.
Remove the water tank and fill with demineralised water. Re-attach to the Steampod 3.0.
Step 2.
Turn on the Steampod 3.0 and choose your temperature:
- 180°C for thin hair
- 200°C for normal hair
- 210°C for thick hair
Step 3.
Wait until the light stops flashing, which means the Steampod 3.0 has reached the desired temperature.
Step 4.
Apply the Steampod cream (for thick hair) or milk (for fine to normal hair) to damp hair and blowdry.
Step 5.
Separate hair into small sections and run the Steampod down the length of the hair, from root to tip. For poker straight, wavy or XXL volume looks, see below for our professionals’ top tips. Remember, whatever your selected style, we recommend you end with a drop or two of the Steampod serum for a glossy finish.

Easy wave creation
Styling waves with Steampod has never been easier, thanks to the new rotative cord. Always section and pre-comb your hair. For natural-looking waves, place a thin strand in the middle of the plates and wrap it around the tool. Then rotate the tool (arrows on the tool pointing to the tips of your hair) while slowly gliding downwards. Let the waves cool off for a few minutes before either shaking or brushing them for a natural-looking result.
Fast style refresh
No time? No problem. It does not take long to have a salon-worthy finish with Steampod 3.0. For a speedy volumized effect, target the hairline & the crown. Section the hair. Take individual strands and glide the Steampod away from the head in at least a 90-degree angle to lift the roots (the most vertical you start the movement, the bigger the root-lift effect). Alternate directions to create a blow-dry effect.
