What are taped extensions?
Taped extensions, or ‘Invisible’ hair extensions are a very popular, discreet extension method that look extremely natural as they lie almost completely flush against the scalp. This semi-permanent service will last between 6-8 weeks and are reusable as the hair can be re-fitted many times, assuming correct homecare and guidelines are followed, making it a cost-effective method.
Each tape is handmade with high-tech methods to create ultimate hidden extensions and is injected by hand into the skin weft of the tape (a polyurethane membrane) to produce a root-mimic effect. This effect is gentle on the scalp and hair, and is suitable for hair types that are normal-to-fine. Our London Hair Lab services can be applied in as little as 30 minutes for a filler service (e.g. filling out the sides) or approximately 90 minutes for a full head application for amazing transformations. Each
Fillers – Perfect for adding density and volume around the face for fuller results. Allow 30 minutes for application. Available in 18 and 22 inches.
Half Head – Designed to create volume and density to normal to fine hair, this service is perfect to enhance your overall look. Allow 60 minutes for application. Available in 18 and 22 inches.
Full Head – Looking for a total transformation? Our full head service adds length, density and volume for phenomenal results. Allow 90 minutes for application. Available in 18 and 22 inches.
